1. Services Provided

ProScalers offers website design, hosting, lead generation tools, and follow-up automation features depending on your selected plan.

2. Free Trial

All plans begin with an optional 28-day free trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan at the end of the trial, the site and features will be disabled until payment is received.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.
• Payments are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Content & Ownership

All custom websites are created and managed by ProScalers. You retain ownership of your business content (text, logos, images you provide). The design, systems, and structure of the website remain the property of ProScalers while subscribed.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer features, or resell our services without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or third-party outages. Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 60 days.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
